These Terms & Conditions are important, as together with your confirmation email and any terms and conditions provided by the Third Party Provider, they set out the legal terms on which products or services purchased from the Third Party Provider are made available to you.

By booking a product or service through our platform, you acknowledge that our business is responsible for facilitating the connection between you and the Third Party Provider, but is not responsible for the delivery or performance of the service itself.

Third Party Service

This service is provided by a Third Party Provider. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to the agreement between you and the provider. Additional terms and conditions may apply based on the Third Party Provider’s policies. Your booking is not confirmed until the provider contacts you directly. Their contact details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Liability

We are not responsible or liable for any issues that arise from the delivery of the service, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct directly by our company. All liability for the quality, performance, and safety of the service lies with the Third Party Provider.

Warranty

We do our best to accurately describe each service, but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of third-party offerings. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the condition, performance, or fitness of any service for a particular purpose. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages related to the use of the service.

Deposit & Payment

A deposit is required to submit a booking request. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service. If your requested date or time is unavailable, your deposit will be refunded. If the service is canceled by the Third Party Provider, a full refund will be issued. The remaining balance is due directly to the provider upon confirmation of your booking.

Taxes & Fees

You acknowledge that the purchase price may include applicable taxes, processing fees, and a finder's fee collected by our company. This fee compensates us for connecting you to the provider and managing the booking process. Gratuity and optional upgrades are not included unless otherwise stated.

Breach

If you breach these Terms & Conditions or those of the Third Party Provider, we will not be held responsible for any resulting losses or expenses, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid and in full effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
