From timing to themes, here’s everything you need to know before booking your decor package.

We recommend booking decor services immediately after you’ve booked your Airbnb. Typically, our clients book 4-6 months in advance. Groups who wait to book may find that their ideal setup time is not available, or the theme they want is sold out for that weekend.

We currently serve the greater Palm Springs and Coachella Valley area. If your rental is outside city limits, let us know and we’ll confirm travel availability.

Absolutely. Each package includes optional theme customizations — just leave notes at checkout or reach out directly after booking and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours, and we’ll reach out to finalize your decor theme, delivery window, and any add-ons.Item description

Yes! Our goal is to have everything picture-perfect by the time you walk through the door. We coordinate with your rental check-in time to set up before your arrival.

No problem— you can still book your package. Just note ‘TBD’ at checkout, and we’ll follow up later to collect the address and access instructions.

We do not provide services for hotel rooms.
